Each year Holcombe Parish Council welcomes applications from Holcombe-based groups or groups which have a substantial number of Holcombe residents regularly attending, to apply. A total of £1000 is available with a maximum of £300 per application.
Grants will be allocated for specific projects, equipment or items only and will not be available for group running costs or day trips, excursions etc. The project must have some lasting benefit (a year or more) for the group.
Successful applicants must spend the awarded money and provide receipts to Vickie Watts, Clerk to Holcombe Parish Council, Gallant Hill Farm, Foxcote, Radstock, BA3 5YB by the 31st March 2025. All grant money received must be used solely for the purposes stated on the application form. Any grant money not used for these purposes by the 31st March 2025 must be repaid to Holcombe Parish Council.
The closing date for receipt of applications is 31st August 2024
